Alex’s students are many in number, perhaps close to one thousand. His ebooks are very valuable and well worth reading as I point out about Gurus Nightmare. Yes, marketing still works well through word of mouth or “word of blog” – a new expression perhaps?

Hi Vance,

Last time we spoke, we were on the topic of John Chow’s Make Money Online book. I was going through the reviews he had on his blog and yours was one. Recently, with Alex Jeffrey, it’s a different matter. I actually ran into a couple of his students online and from my amazement there is a herd of them so I know the demand is there.

So that peaked my interest in Alex. I really enjoyed his ebook and while the marketing pitch was going to lead towards his mentoring program, the value I got was, his teaching works. I’ve witnessed it from his students and thus in return found him making waves a great contribution to the blogosphere.

Overall, it’s the quality of the content he constantly gives and his students are testimonials to that. If I didn’t know better, that’s way marketing is all about – word of mouth.

Marketing With Alex 3.0 certainly seems like a course, worth checking out. A friend of mine actually owns the first part of the Marketing With Alex and he’s very satisfied. I will get some more information on the course and will probably give it a try.

Thanks for commenting. Yes, I agree that not many people would provide that. The ebook is not pretending to be an instructional book and for sure not a detailed steps one like: here is what you do, 1,2,3. For those who are looking for that Gurus Nightmare will be disappointing.

But the title is not misleading to make people expect that.

It’s a free information but of course for those who want more from Alex, he’ll be happy to sell them his course.
I don’t see anything wrong with that. If somebody doesn’t like the ebook and his style they are free to go on their way.
