I’m in a similar situation with my product production except that you seem to be ahead of me. I think that unless one is absolutely sure about the product they want to create there’s no reason to rush into it too much.

We want the product to be of value.

I’ll visit your blog periodically and will of course let you know when my product is finished.

Good solid information that people can take and put into action right away, that’s what I like to see.

I’m also yet to get my first product released, I did start writing a report, but then changed my mind when I had a better idea.

I’m in the middle of writing it at the moment, I hope to get it finished this week, and maybe get it released next week or the week after.

I’ll try and stay up to date with what you are doing, but do feel free to come by my blog and let me know when your product is finished and ready for download. I would love to read it when it’s ready.

Then you’ll have several click-able offers the clicks on which will lead to a squeeze page.

I think that it will work. That way you’ll be able to distinguish between those who are really interested in what you have to say and those who may just want a freebie.

I’m going to be approaching list building slightly differently. I’m offering the Alex’s book but without the opt-in form on my site, they can opt-in from the squeeze page. I’ll be putting an opt-in form for those who want to join without getting a freebie but because I’ve formed a relationship with them.

The thought behind that is it will enable me to put up more freebies leading to a squeeze page with an opt-in.

I have not done any giveaways yet. I prefer to wait until I have my own product. I hear that having your own product works the best.

Let me know how your web cam works for you. For now I decided to just use a regular camera and learn the ropes with it first.

I still have to study and practice how a regular camera works because I’m used to taking pictures of other people. Taking a video of myself is a totally different game.

It seems that the guy in the camera is a stranger and not me. I have a hard time recognizing myself and ask: do I really look like that?

If people will be as shocked as I am when they see the video of me I’m not sure. In real life they seem OK with the way I look.
