True. Slow down and re focus. After all we are not machines. What good does doing things at a rapid pace does if your heart burns out at the end of the day, although I am learning a lot of strategies on how to get by from you. What do you think?

I’m really glad that you found the report useful. I think that there’s a lot in it that I’ll want to read again myself after a while.

The doing too much thing is also my favorite reminder to slow down and refocus once in a while. Otherwise it’s more about being busy and spinning my wheels than being effective.

I hope that I’ll get as many comments as possible on this post/report so that I can make a clear choice for the final report.

I will properly count the commenting readers wishes and post on the most requested subject. In case it doesn’t match the subject I’d prefer I may later make a post on what I considered the best session.

And same as Rob, I would be most interested on subject number 2, Operating at Peak Performance.

My favorite gold nugget in the report is this one from Dr. Johnson: “I think one of the biggest mistakes you can make in these troubling times is doing too much.” Time is certainly on our side, as Alex J says, but we only have this much and at least in my case, I spread too thin trying to cover several things at once.
