It’s happend more than once. Not every comment will get this kind of a response but the better comments you make the better chance there is of a good amount of people visiting your blog. I use Google Analytics.

I totally agree with Vance. Content or comments of value work. I am just being introduced to the blogging world. Exposure is key, higher ranking in Google is generated, its a win win.
