<description>You know what... I live in the UK, have been online for a few years and had no idea who Alex Jeffrey&#039;s was up until about a two weeks ago when I saw his wedding video where he flies in on a helicopter.

Did it get my attention? Silly question - now everywhere I go I see the man&#039;s name. Funny how things work out. Am off to check out his traffic ebook - thanks.

		<description>Hi Sean,

It is interesting what you say about playing the bass. For me that is a very difficult instrument to play. The bass has to go its own way and for me when I try to play the bass I tend to get sucked into the main tune.

I was pleased with Trevor&#039;s comment but if he gives the same comment everywhere than he&#039;s a lazy bum and insincere too. I&#039;ll investigate and may erase his comment or just leave him exposed.

Nobody wants a copy and paste comment. Let&#039;s keep track of tricksters who try to do that.

Thanks for commenting and visit again.

		<description>Hi Vance,

Nice list there :-)

Playing all of those instruments at the SAME time sounds challenging. I used to play Bass only cause it had four strings instead of 6!

Looks like Trevor left the same comment on my site too! I bet that has been left on every ones, never mind.

Take care

		<description>Hi Roger,

It looks that we have more than a few things in common.

I think that cats are largely misunderstood and often maligned. Their reputation is completely undeserved. For a while I even bought into it. You know their being selfish etc. The truth is that they are very sensitive and that they do care about their human companions. The stories about their faithfulness never seem to get wide spread as they do about dogs.

Badminton is certainly not as easy as it looks. I&#039;d say that it is just about as demanding as tennis. But people usually laugh at that.
They can only think about lazily playing it on the beach when the goal is just to keep the shuttlecock in the air.

I&#039;m really sorry that you can&#039;t play it anymore. I hope your shoulder will somehow get better and you&#039;ll be able to play again.

Alex is right about planning. It can impact our future. But everything has to be done in the present moment, now, now, now. Each now is a present moment that quickly becomes the past. No matter what we project into the future nothing will happen unless we take action in each now.

Of course we all know that but tend to forget.

<description>Hi Vance ! I finally made it ... LOL ... and glad I did becuase you have an intriguing list.

I found rather late in life that I like cats too. I can&#039;t actually keep one where I live right now, but one day I will have another (or maybe two !)

I used to play badminton myself when I was younger. In my humble opinion, it really is the superior racquet game and deserves a much wider audience. One or two of my squash-playing friends used to tell me that they thought it was a bit &quot;soft&quot;. I used to suggest that they come and play singles with me for an hour and THEN tell me if they thought it was soft ! Unfortunately, an old shoulder injury has been giving me severe &quot;gyp&quot; these days. I suspect that the source of the injury is back in my sporting past somewhere. Anyway, all racquet-game-playing is firmly in the past :-(

And speaking of the past, I know that &quot; The Past is Prologue&quot; and it&#039;s often important to understand how you&#039;ve got to where you are. Equally, as Alex has taught us, we need to have goals and plans about how to get there. But her and now is the only moment in time that we can truly control what happens to us.

		<description>Hi Thomas,

It is amazing how we are all unique and also similar. The kind of teacher we have, especially at school can make a world of difference.
Are you still practicing music as a profession? It&#039;s really good that we can all enjoy music and music making even if we don&#039;t turn pros.

I&#039;m sure somebody will still tag you. There&#039;s no secret code. Usually it will be in comments on one of your posts.
Thanks for your visit and comment.

Take care,
Vance.</description>

		<description>Hey Vance:

Your list is great! #14 rings a bell with me. I was so turned off by my 5th grade teacher for trying to make me sing in front of the class, that I didn&#039;t ever sing during my school years.

I went on to become a professional musician (and a choir director at that...)

Cheers,
Thomas

P.S.: I hope I&#039;m not missing the boat on this tag thing. I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve been tagged yet, but I&#039;m not sure if I know to read the &quot;secret code&quot;.
